My friends I am so sorry that I have not done a show, responded to many posts or been active within many of the communities lately. I have been very tied up within my personal life with a lot going on. I restarted Taekwondo classes again and honestly it feels great knowing that I have been accepted back where I belong. Needless to say I am working out, focusing more on my Taekwondo practice and focusing on me.
I am working on online reiki classes that are recorded so people can take the classes as they have time verses making it to weekly skype classes.
As far as news for Jedi Realism Radio a couple things are going on at the moment. My sunday shows will only be posted to the webs. The show "Reflections" is being renamed to "Just for Today" the concepts of the show are the same just the name seems a little more fitting.
